Territory Manager-Reconditioning and Repair-Leather, Cloth, and Plastic

Wings Repair L.L.C is looking for a new Territory Manager and Technician in the DC Metro Area Excellent compensation following completion of training. We are looking for a self motivated Territory Manager/Technician. We are looking for ambitious men and women who have strong relationship skills and artistic ability.

Job Requirements:

You must have great people skills, a knack for learning new things quickly, an ability to follow procedures as outlined, tremendous attention to detail is required. You must have reliable transportation.

Job Description:

• Leather and vinyl repair (to include color matching and dye). Autos, couches, yoga and pilates benches, dentist chairs etc.

• Cloth and carpet repair and dye (burns, tears, broken clasps etc.) some light stitching

• Plastic repair (dashboards, door panels etc.)

• Deodorizing and stain removal

Training:

A probation period will be required. Training should not take more than 8 weeks but can be decreased/increased due to the individual's drive and potential.

Must be flexible and willing to drive outside of your territory (while still being in the metro area) to maintain company overflow as needed.

Training Hourly-You will use the companies car and have hands on training with a master technician.

Base Commission-After completion of training and will be required to use your personal vehicle.
